Disclaimer!!
I make skins for The Sims because it's fun, and because there can never be enough skins out there. The skins are for my enjoyment, and, if you like them, for the enjoyment of others. Because of this, I do not consider it evil of me to steal bits and pieces of other's skins for mine. This makes me a thief, but not a liar. I guarantee that I have not taken, part and parcel, someone else’s skin and called it mine. That would be simply cruel. However, if I have taken the top of your or your friend's bodice, someone else's boots, or the pocket of another's skin's jeans, I am admitting it here, loudly and boldly, and I do not pretend I have not done so.
The main problem arises when we realize that I have no idea where I got most of these skins from to begin with. I am therefore utterly incapable of giving "credit where credit is due" so to speak. Therefore, in the early stages of this site, I am unlikely to give credit, even to the mesh artists. No one gives credit to anyone on The Sims Exchange, and I got dozens of skins from there. That is what I consider this site: An Exchange.
If you see something that's yours, send me an e-mail, and if you wish it, I will put credit to you along side. My favorite Sims sites are already on the links page.
Anyone has permission to use any part of these skins for their own. However, common courtesy, please don't take any of my skins part and parcel and call it yours. And if you do, do not be surprised if you too need to put a disclaimer upon your site.
